Refund Policy
In the event a client cannot attend the reserved lesson, a makeup lesson will be scheduled.
In the event of a client withdrawing from our programs, remaining unused fees will be refunded.
Lesson Date and Time
Lessons reserved will occur on the date and at the time for which they are reserved. However, there may be times in case of emergency when lessons are canceled. In case of cancelation, a makeup lesson will be scheduled.

Payment period
Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers and cash must be paid prior to the reserved lesson time.
